A/C behavior
Why does the A/C or fan always turns on when I start the car, in spite of being previously turned off by me the las time I turned off the car ?

Its the way BMW works. Annoying but normal.

It is very annoying. My e46 did not do it. Start up now involves pressing the start button and immediately turning off the AC. Unless its hot...then I turn it up.
