F32 4 Series VS. E92 3 Series - Which is the hottest Coupe?

F32 4 series coupe vs E92 3 series coupe

Which BMW generation is king of the coupe hill? With the F32 side panels completely exposed we get a good sense of how the new 4 series coupe from BMW is going to look. In the side by side shots the F32s increased size is obvious and BMW has combated that by increasing the lines on the panels to hide their size. The rear window is also longer giving the F32 a fast back look but the tradition Hofmeister Kink remains pronounced.

Which coupe would you take home? The E92 3 series or the newly exposed F32 4 series coupe?

Hard to say for sure with the different colors but I would probably have to go with a F32 if the front is as aggressive as I expect it to be. The one bit I am not convinced on is the side vent. Maybe that is something I will have to see in person to make a good decision.

I like the 4 also. Weird, when I see the arc of the roofline and the stout lower body, it seems familiar to me... maybe a touch of Aston Martin.

Knew I could not be the only one that saw that.

F32 hands down.

E9X is an ugly ugly child and will always stay that way regardless how many doors its got. On the other hand F3X is a beauty queen right out of the box

The F32 sure looks hot. If BMW remove that stupid looking side vent, it will definitely be better looking than the e92. I just hope BMW dont make the same mistake they did with the M6. The M badge on the front grill just looks out of place and unnecessary

Am I the only one who doesn't hate the side vents?

I thought the E92 was sleek, the F32 looks even more so. I love it.

BMW is back! That looks tigght! I've been waiting since the E36 coupe/and E46 M3/ZHP coupe for a decent '3' series coupe to come thru.

Looks like BMW finally got it correct with this 4 series.

Too bad I'm at the 5 series stage of my life (early30s about to get married and have kids).
