The M Sport package with its innovative equipment features is based on the athleticism of the new BMW 3 Series Sedan with Sport Line and turns to the BMW M3 for its appearance. One constituent is the M Sport suspension lowered by ten millimetres with stiffer spring and damper settings as well as harder stabilisers. Does the rear bumper look any different than the stock F30? The front looks way too busy IMO.

Overall I do think it is going to be a winner for BMW. There is a ton of new technology on the car for the average driver....but the real question is how it drives for an enthusiast. How does it handle the twisties? February 11, 2012 isn't that far away to find out really!

Not bad, they should've redesigned the front grilles, pretty plain, with some depth.
Interior hasnt changed that much they just cant come up with a new radio and all tha stuff, come on guys. Still has same side window line as e46, too many hood lines. /260 km/hr, My E46 330i can still pass for design, still keeping up with the 2012. Best grill design is on facelift sedans (330) i think. alot of pics here.. http://www.netcarshow.com/bmw/2012-3-series/06.htm Nice change overall! |

You can find all 100+ photos here:
http://www.f30driver.com/bmw-f30-photos/ I think the interior is definitely an upgrade from the E9X line. I have an E92 coupe and I just never felt like the dash or interior worked very well. I am excited about the changes they made for this round. |

anyone else realize that in order to take the kidneys out, the front bumper cover has to come off?
and since the side marker is now in the mirror, whats the badge on the side fender? the trim line? thats a little gross.

I see they are slowly going back to their roots. The sport wheel greatly resembles the E30 sport wheel. Although I'm unsure of how much I like the look. I like the other sport wheels better, like on the 5-series.
The kidney grilles are too spaced apart. I don't like them. I can't wait to see how the coupe turns out; the sedan is very aggressive looking.

I would imagine the coupe is going to resemble the F12 6 series since the sedan is very similar to the F10 5 Series. What do you think of the 6er?
