Recent CPO & tire wear

I purchased a CPO 2013 328i sedan in November with 11k miles on it, I have added 6000 miles to it. My continental contiprocontact ssr tires have worn unevenly on the front and are really loud, I can feel the uneven tread with my hands. It seems to me that this could be an alignment issue. Is this something that my CPO warranty should address? If the car is misaligned such that 6000 miles of ownership kills the tires shouldn't the dealer or BMW bare the responsibility for replacing the parts that wore out if the car was not aligned properly? Am I wasting my time of I try to get the dealer to check, realign if necessary and gimme new tires ... or at least a heavy discount on new tires. Do I need to push for a road force balance test on the tires? I read some reviews that other F30 drivers experienced defective, not perfectly round tires from Conti. I didn't expect to spend this much money on a car only to have to spend another $1,200 6 months later for all new tires.

It is always worth trying but I have a feeling the dealer is gong to say that the mis-alignment is the result of something you did. You could ask them to show you the alignment sheet from when they did the CPO check, if that is even something they do. Have you reviewed the CPO agreement to see what is and isn't covered?
