New grille

I recently purchased my first ever BMW, and am lucky enough to own a 14 328i MSport. Its a metallic graphite grey and I was looking to customize it. I was thinking of getting the grilles powder coated to the same color as the car.... I wanted to see if anyone has done this before and were they happy with the results?Click image for larger version

The grills are plastic so you could just have them painted, not powder coated. I think the contrast is better, you could try the BMW M Performance gloss black grills. I think those are a great improvement to the front of the F30 3 series.

Grilles - good idea

Powdercoat - bad idea as Tim has mentioned above.

Just get the BMW Peformance Gloss Black Grilles and call it a day. Here's a picture of my own F30 when I just installed the BMW Performance Gloss Black Grilles and Painted Reflectors:
